We had an amazing stay with great staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The room was cozy and had a fantastic terrace view. The location was perfect, away from the congestion of the city yet only a 10-minute walk away from the buzz. The front desk staff were helpful with printing and even assisted us with room changes that we didn't expect.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with a lovely view of the town and mountains from our room. the room and bathroom were spotless and provided us with complete comfort. the staff truly stood out and were exceptionally helpful, especially Mr Rahul Pradhan, who went out of his way to ensure we felt welcome.

Our expectations from the food could have been better.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the town and mountains. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished. the hotel's location was perfect, nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet still only a short walk away from all of the action. the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating.

the food was pretty average, and we found that the quality was not reflective of the prices.

During my New Year’s stay at the hotel, I enjoyed the beautiful views from the rooms and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist us with whatever we needed. The hotel was also located in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close enough for us to reach the main attractions within a short walk.

The complimentary breakfast was not up to standard as there were issues with hygiene. , there was an unexpected problem with the amenities, which the staff could not offer a solution for.
